I have had 3 unorthorized charges to my VISA for Trim Trainer which I did not sign up for. I have tried to contact this company numerous times by email and phone. It is a free calling number that they have on their email, but in order to call from New Zealand you have to call on a Telecom phone. If you ring international directory NZ 0172 they can give you the full number you need to call... in saying this, this phone is never answered! All other numbers I have tried have been disconnected.
