I ordered ONE 100 foot hose (plusS H) at an offer of another 100 foot hose FREE for only the cost of S H... (BOGO)
My order arrived - NO PACKING SLIP - with FOUR 50 foot hoses (NO SIZES MARKED ANYWHERE). After an internet SEARCH to find a customer service number (800-554-5925) the Xhose rep told me THEY DO NOT HAVE A 100 FOOT HOSE and that it comes as a TWO 50 foot COMBO deal, which it does as an option, but I KNOW they offered a 100 foot hose for sale when I ORDERED MINE (I took a screenshot of my final order but cannot show it here)... My property is huge and I need I00 feet...
The rep was very nice but she does not make the company policy and could not provide me with the item I ordered.
I have not used it yet so I HOPE it WORKS OK esp. With 2 hoses hooked together (not my preference: (
but I will just KEEP this mess and hope my mom and inlaws enjoy the other 2 useless items I got in today's shipment.
I don't usually file formal complaints, but if this can help somebody else I'm GOOD with it because I feel I was "duped"... And I hope this thing is not a TOTAL BUST (literally & figuratively!) PEACE
