Today I notice this MON VALUEPLUS charge on my bank statement, so I call the 800# listed and I'm advised this is a reoccuring charge since April for 24.95. I told them I didn't request this nor would I have accepted any offer or free trial and asked to cancel and refund. I was told they would cancel but they are not refunding because they say I accepted the trial BUT cannot tell me what the offer was originally for or what company may have made the offer for their value service. With out providing proof I feel 99.80 should be given back to me. I never accept trials or "extra offers" when ordering things online for these very reasons.
