Placed order in May. Received order in June. Have only used one of the hoses, but so far so good. My problem with them is the fact that I paid extra for the "rough terrain" option. There is absolutely no difference other than what they charge you. Amazingly, the control numbers on the boxes for each is the exact same. The customer service rep felt that I should just be satisfied with their explanation that they really were different. (Rep B44)
While I haven't used the product long enough to make an educated review of the hoses, I can confirm that the additional charge for the "rough terrain" is nothing but a scam. I'm guessing I will be disappointed in the product shortly.
