It seems I am like many others who sent for a sample of Lift and Glow & Lift serum Pro amounting to £1.95 each. This was then followed 10 days after receipt of same by a charge of £169.42 taken from debit account without my authority. They say they will cancel any further shipments but will not refund this amount even though I have not received it. Something should be done to stop this happening.
