I was in another website when suddenly the Lift & Glow advert suddenly appeared on my screen telling me that I had qualified for a free sample of theyre product Lift & Glow wrinkle serum it would only cost £1.99pp. I answered a few simple questions as to my skin condition and my requirement, I thought no more about it, putting it to one side when it arrived a few days later. However I received a surprise email from Lift & Glow 203@helpdesk. Emailcenterpro.com reminding me that my next shipment was on its way!!! I immediatly emailed them not to send anymore, but too late! Another sample arrived by the same post as my Barclaycard statement showing the amount of £84.71 and two amounts of £1.99 to Lift & Glow. I rang Barclaycard who say all they can do is put a stop on any more payments to these people. I have printed off L&G email confirming "cancellation of my account" I have returned both samples, still in the same condition as they were sent, to the "return"address, in the envelope that the second one arrived in, with a strong request that my Barclaycard be credited. I also emailed my request and complaint to the 7day 24hr support centre, but was told I would have to ring a London telephone number as they could'nt help me. These people must be laughing all the way to the bank and MUST be stopped
