These people took £84.71 twice from my account without my permission. I got 2 free samples of Lift and glow pro and lift serum pro. I didn't sign up for anything, I paid £1.99 for postage and there was nowhere on the website the notion that they were going to debit my account within 14 days.
On top of that one of the bottle Lift and glow WAS EMPTY. I didn't do anything at the time as I thought they were samples, the bottles were SO SMALL. So I have paid £84.71 for absolutely NOTHING.
Now they won't refund me and I see from your website that 862 complaints have been lodged against these people. These types of scam have to be stopped and I am also going to let Watchdog know about it and they'll the Trading Standards Officer.
I also noticed that you have been onto them 5 times: so what was their reply? Don't they need to make their website clearer because await stands they are making hundreds of thousands of pounds out of people for a product which is is probably nothing more that cold cream! If they can be so dishonest and misleading and deceitful about the way to entice you, what can you say about their integrity of their products?
Please be aware of his scam. It is unbelievable that companies can do these things and get away with it.
