Service worker came into home asked what rooms needed to be done I asked my wife because she called and booked the Job. I told him what the agreement my wife had with the office and he became rude, out talking my wife and claiming the minimum charge was more. After we adjusted the scope of work to fit the price, he continued to make rude remarks and when whenever spoken to. When we insisted that silence was better and to just do the job, he gathered his equipment and abruptly left. This is the second time we used this service and the same guy came out. That time he broke down and cried relating his personal business. While my wife was uncomfortable she felt sorry for him. This is a family business and I believe this young man is disturbed. He can never come to our house again.
