June I ordered a free trial size of RVTL Anti Aging product and Equinox Day & Night Serum (paying only for the shipping of $4.95 each). On July 3rd they charged me full price for another shipment. I called on July 6th and cancelled any further shipments but they said they could not credit my account because I did not call within 14 days. I have not used the products yet so I do not even know if they work. (I am concerned about some of the ingredients) I am waiting to hear from a supervisor to see if they will credit my account.
