Unpaid Contract work. Rendezveux.com, aka Bigby Holdings Inc., aka Kelly Brown contracted with my Company to develop a PowerPoint Presentation for their firm. This was legally Quoted and accepted. After the first -test/trial - version of the PPT was delivered I was told [via email] that the management would be requesting/making changes. That was the last communication I ever had regarding this project. After 30 days, incomplete work is considered abandoned and payable in full, per the Quote. I repeatedly phoned and email Kelly Brown - with no response. I now consider this a defaulted and fraudulent contract and am seeking legal means to recover a paltry $220.00
