If Dino D. Brown contacts you via phone, email, or any other method, don't run, be faster than an olympic track star. My partners and I formed an incredible young girl group. We had a number one songwriter, amazing production, a completed project of all original materials, fabulous photography, and co partnered with some large companies to launch this group.
We were contacted by Mr. Browns partner Carlos Poston who had found our group on myspace. They were relentless in contacting us multiple times requesting material. Eventually they began contacting the parents of these minors directly, promising unbelievable sums of money to buy out our completed project, management etc. These requests quickly turned into threats.
Our company contracted the services of a music attorney and of course with every contract the invoice became larger and larger. We ultimately were responsible for paying the attorney's fees. Our group disbanded, and Mr. Brown wrote more than $300.000 in NSF checks that were never made good. Our group of course was left in pieces and disbanded with nothing, but three years of blood sweat and tears, hard work, dedication, down the tubes. Mr. Brown continues to have photos on his website treating this group as if they are still together, and are still part of his organization, and nothing could be further from the truth. We have no way to pick up the pieces with this group, so we have moved on. It would be our wish to stop anyone from spending money unnecessarily or buying in to anything that this man sells. It seems as if Mr. Brown is clearly a narcissistic personality, and a sick individual.
