Poor Service And Unprofessional Keller Williams Listing Agent Getting response from her is like moving a mountain. Definitely not customer oriented and does not fit Kelly William business model

This listing agent Leslie is very unprofessional and rude. My poor agent had to hound her repeatedly for info and she takes 2-3 days to get back to us.

The worst part was the contract called out for HOA to be delivered 3 days after ratified contract. She delivered the HOA after 30 days after the so call settlement date. Of course the settlement date did not occurred and she did not help much to get to settlement. Definitely put the Kelly Williams Realty in bad light.

If they send you Leslie C from Kelly Williams (50 Catoctin Circle NE, Suite 101 Leesburg VA 20176) please request for another realtor. Unless you don't mind getting a very arrogant and unattentive realtor.
