I ordered what I thought was a trial period of their tablets for 9.99 and didn't sign up to any thing else and they took the 9.99 straight away from my bank account then 1 month later took 79.99 out and a don't understand why, am upset as am a one parent family with 2 children and am very careful with money a mean I wouldn't of paid 79.99 for them a would like to have the money back if a can Karen
