I answered an email from Partner With Tom to get started on an online business, and the links took me to DesktopLightening, where I was instructed to install a program that would get this business started. I did as instructed, and then there were numerous requests that I make sure my business will be successful by purchasing "traffic" (potential customers). There was also a link to LPG Holdings, although I don't remember seeing that name before it came onto my MasterCard bill, and I purchased more traffic from them. After I changed my mind, I contacted the business set-up people and asked for a full refund. I was assured the refund for the DesktopLightening would be given, but they didn't offer a refund for the LPG Holdings. Just a few minutes before I started this complaint, I asked DesktopLightening for the link to LPG Holdings so I can request the refund from them, too. Perhaps there will be a pleasant resolution of this situation. The DesktopLightening response was quick, and there was no hassle.
