I signed up and paid my dues May 24/13. There was amix-up that was my fault, BUT, since than I have discovered there must be several offices in different places, because, the info I need to sign in works sometimes and then reach people that never heard of me and I am not registered in any shape or form according to them.
A few days ago I was talking to a lady by the name of Josie, she was a wonderful help, she was going to send me 3 emails with 3 different items in them. I did not get the emails and I cannot find her. She was really terrific and I really need to talk to her.
I read the complaint about the number 602-714-5181. They are getting the same response I did - NONE

One more thing, the user name I have does not work (it did before) and there is no where to get help with that. It is the user name that is the problem, they say it is, but it offers to help with incorrect passwords ONLY
