I ordered and received a 5 pc kit of Josie Maran Argan Oil cosmetics. The foundation serum would not pump out of the bottle. I emailed customer service 3 times asking how to get a replacement... No response. I called and left a voice message with customer service, can't remember the individuals name, no response. If you purchase anything Josie Maran and have a problem, don't expect any resolution because they don't care. I guess her motto is once sold they don't care! The only way to fight this kind of ripoff is to spread the word not to purchase their products and they are not cheap!
