I bought this product on June 9th but had the problem with download. I contacted the support 5 times but they could not solve the problem. I requested my refund since I couldn't use it. I have sent 7 emails so far after 2 weeks of purchase and nobody has responded back to me. Since I paid with paypal I contacted paypay to contact Craigspilot for my money and they did not respond back to paypal too. This company is a scam and will not suggest to anybody to purchase any product from them. They even stated 30 days money back guarantee in their website and they all lies, SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
