On June 29 I received a phone call from someone who claims to be from US financial for grants. I gave the guy my card number he said they were only taking out $3.87 when I finished talking to him I checked my account and it say $19.95 that they didn't tell me they were taking out. I feel cheated because they said call within 24hrs to cancel and get a refund. I called within 10 minutes and it seems their phones are never available so, I canceled online and didn't receive any money back. Please help.
