This company charged my son 11.99 a month for a number of months, and he wasnt aware because he simply doesn't look at his statements. I had him call the above number and demand his money back. They gave him 4 months back and told him he had to submit a request for the rest in writing and fax it in or mail it in. The phone number was actually on his statement itself. I read many forums like this and deducted that he also made a past purchase at FYE and he either said yes to something free for a month or they just attached it to his card he made the purchase with at that time. Obviously I don't know how the conversation went but I do know he didn't expect to be charged monthly. When I think about it I personally recall making purchases at various stores where they want to give you something free for a month. I don't ever listen with intent and rarely let them finish; i do always say no. I have to wonder would this be the outcome, to be billed every month. Quite a sneaky way to up your sales. I'm sure employees are supposed to mention they will be billed. Really tho; wouldn't it be easier for them not too, just offer something free... They would get many more yes answers. I'm sure it happens just as much or more than us customers not listening to them explain it all. Maybe it's meant to be and maybe its not, but its a bit shady.
