1. Spoke with Anthony Richardson, salesman, from this company and signed up. I was told the $499 fee was a one time fee for our LLC business license, attorney to help with taxes, a trainer, and back office they would set up for me. Told we had a 30 day trial period and a 300 mile radius we were assigned to and we would get $25 for each business we referred/provided a lead for that filled out an application and got a cash advance/loan approved plus 4% of the loan amount. I specifically asked if the state filing fees where we live for the LLC were included in this fee and was told yes. Was told they get a list of businesses from Big Banks they have turned down loans for and I would get those as leads for my 300 mile radius.
2. Got a call from trainer, Clinton Fossy, who tells me the leads from the Big Bank are not free to me and that I have to purchase them for $10,000 for 1,000 or $5,000 for 500. I did not purchase these leads.
3. Got an email from Sarah Windham at Anderson Legal, Business, & Tax Advisors requesting $200 for LLC State Filing Fees & asking for $35 per month for customer support/tax help. I contacted her and she said the fees were not included as I was told and they only get $25 of the $499 and are not doing business with Green Merchant much any more because of all the complaint calls they have gotten from people like me. I did not and am not paying these fees. She said the rest of the $499 is being kept for processing fees by Green Merchant. She suggested I contest the $499 fee with my credit card company as I am not getting the services I was promised.
4. Phoned and spoke to Felicia at Cherry Creek Consulting since they had sent us the contract & paperwork for the LLC. Not sure how much they get paid. She said I couldn't contest the fee because we signed a contract stating we only had 3 days to break the contract and of course was past the 3 days. Not sure what happened to the 30 days we were told we had. She did say if I sent a copy of the state filing fees as a one time favor they would pay half. I emailed it to her and have never heard a word since.
5. Dave Murphy, Vice President from Green Merchant called and asked how things were going. Told him I wasn't happy and why. He said he'd call me the next day at a specific time to try and work things out and solve the problems and help me and he never called me back. I have left several messages for him and with his secretary Tonya Thomas with no return calls.
6. I got my backoffice and from 4/19 to 6/19 I entered 608 leads. None had been processed by their fullfillment department. Phoned customer service and Sara Hall checked for me and they processed 11 of the 25 pages of leads which was 4/19 thru half of 5/4 stuff. Was told backoffice would be updated every 21 days. Nothing from 2nd half of 5/4 thru 6/19 shows processed. Called to complain again. Stuff has been in there and not processed/called on for over 60 days. Sara has been trying to help me with it this past week and finally today told me the fullfillment department told her it would get updated when it got updated. She said she was still working on it. I know she contacted IT dept. About it too. I really appreciate her help. Customer Service has been great when I've called there but they can only do so much.
Sounds like from reading other complaints on here other people have had the exact same problems as me. If there were a lawsuit you bet I'd be interested in it. Thing that makes me maddest is Dave Murphy & Anthony Richardson told me they are a "christian" company. They definitely haven't treated me christian like.in the bible I have it says you should treat others like you would want to be treated. I don't think they would like to be treated like this.
