I was phoned by Michael Baylor-Manager about a business investment/affiliate lead representative with Top Choice Merchants who told me that I would be investing in small companies who used merchant account readers for credit cards that needed quick loans or new reader machines. I was set up with a website www.mygreenmerchantservices.com and given an affiliate number 214741 to send in cold leads (10) per week on companies that I thought could benefit from a smaller interest rate on their present merchant card reader or small business loan. I have been sending in leads every week and have not received 1 red cent from this company. Today, August 30, I went to my backoffice where I normally would put in my 10 leads using my ID. Affiliate number and was taken to godaddy.com. I was phoned every 2-3 weeks by Betty Marshall, phone #602-368-3451, who would give me progress reports on all the e-biz leads and the leads I had generated for the company. Always ending with "things are looking good, " "several contracts in the works, " "analysis on company's profits, " and I always questioned how much longer before I saw a commission, only to be told that "these things take time, several meetings, etc."
Now, I realize why most of my leads weren't even worked. This was indeed a scam of major proportions.
