A friend forwarded email about the product which was seen on Dr. Oz show, I decided to order it, but then changed my mine and did not
submit the order. I logged off the website w/o submitting the order, but my credit card
info must have been obtained by their website and charged my account, and send me the order!
I am so frustrated because I tried calling the customer service line, and three times, they disconnected me when I asked for an RMA # which I had to have in order to return the pkg. The fourth person whom I spoke with, gave me the round around, saying same thing they'v been telling everyone else; discount and restocking fee, and then she finally gave me the RMa#very fast and wouldn't repeat it when I asked her to repeat the #! I am going to return it anyway. This is a scam and who knows how many people they have ripped off!
