I ordered a free sample on 6/17 through facebook and on 7/2 they charged my account 88.74. Spoke with Nicole, Pam, and Iesha. All the "managers/supervisors" were in a meeting. Supposably Jack (suervisor) was unavailable. My biggest issue is that attached to my charge was the title "golf country club membership athletic." So I guess my card information was used at some other facility to play golf. First Nicole states there is no affiliation with a golf company. Then Pam said the owner has ties with a country club. No one would give me the name of the owner, that was non of my business. As for Iesha, when I tried to mail back the product and get my refund bc the terms and conditions stated I could, "these are different terms and conditions then when I ordered." Therefore the terms and conditions must change everyday. They are being reported to the Better Business Beurue and being charged for freudulent case.
