So I received a call from Nicki Clarkson from this company stating that I would be a customer evaluator. After I got of the phone to her I did research and came across this page. The next time she called I asked her about these scams and she seemed surprised and stated that the cheques would clear. She sent me the 'training package' and I received it this morning. It was sent UPS from someone named Nicholas Lachey and the company letterhead inside says Community appraisers Inc on Bay Street in Toronto. Researched that company and cant seem to find that exact company anywhere... There is a community appraisals not on Bay Street and they do property assesments. And they two checks they sent are from Calgary Tower Facilities c/o Aspen Property Management. Well I called Aspen Property Management and they have no idea who any of these companies are and have nothing to do with research companies as they own properties including the Calgary Tower and do not have any offices in Toronto, and the CEO signatures on the checks are not any of the CEO's that work for Aspen needless to say it is a scam for sure as why four different company names! Glad I did the research first however after getting the package it would have made me question anyway!
