This site is very misleading. It basically opens up to a page where you fill out your address change, it then prompts you for credit card information. It is very hidden and you don't realize they are going to charge you $19.95. There is no way to cancel your form online, you must call except the call center has hours. I called them this morning and they were all very rude to me. Very condescending and even laughing at me saying that I am not a business owner and that I couldn't tell them what they could or could not do, and that it was ridiculous for me to want my money back. I have never experienced such horrible customer service or unprofessionalism in my life. When I asked who owned the company, the man said Bill. Just Bill. No last name, he couldn't give out the information to protect his identity. Bollocks. Any company should give you a way to contact the person in charge. This so called company needs to be taken down.
