Ripoff

I received my phone bill and noticed a $10.95 charge on my bill. I wasn't even home at the time!

I called the 1-888 number and told them about it. They couldn't explain it. Told me it was probably my computer. Gave them the phone number that appeared on my bill... Couldn't identify it.

I asked to speak to a Supervisor, but no one was available.instead, I was given another number to call, I called, and still they couldn't give me any information. The person said that they are just a carrier...

They put a block on for free.
