I ordered 4 shoes branded as Air Jordan on the website. And I received only 3. They are not genuine. The difference is obvious when comparing to products in department store. There is no proof of purchase in any form from the start.
There is return policy on the website. When send email to the generic email for return postal address they have never replied. They did apologise but supply postal address.
