Future Car Sales
Broken contract agreement, illegal repossession, requesting large money, refuse to provide me witha copy of the reciepts, vehicle repair. Ripoff

Feburay 2007 I went to the car lot to purchase me a vehicle and I did just that. May I was 18 days late on my car payment, my car payment was due on May 10 and it was repossed from me May 28.

I called and told the dealership that I will have the money on the 1st of June and he said ok. When I woke up that Monday morning my vehicle was gone from out side my house. I called the police to make a report and they said that the dealer had repossed it.

I was upset because I didnt have any warning or notice in the mail that this was going to occur. I called the dealer and he said the car was getting repaired because I had a minor traffic accident which left minor front end damage to the car.

I bought the car as is, why would he repair it w/o my permission. He then told me it will cost me $1500.00 to get it back. I purchased Gap insurance from him it states it in the contracr I signed so why do I have to pay for the repairs and he unlawfully took the vehicle from me pls
