This was advertised as free creams etc on a Sainsbury's website. It looked good and even better as it was free.
I wasn't too impressed with the cream but 2-3 weeks agi received another parcel with the above address which states quite clearly I can cancel whenever with 30 days. The date on this was 30th May. They gave phone nos 0-800-014—8149 and for US 1-800-443-240-. I tried both - no such no? I tried to email @rejuvenexnow-uk.com it came back
so I cannot send item back, I cannot cancel, and, as they have my card details (stupid me - trusting) my bank can't cancel.
I am going to my bank this am to completely close my account. I have also been in touch with ASA and awaiting reply.
