We ordered one (1) set of hearing enhancement devices for $29.90. Upon receiving the device there were two (2) sets of them - total $59.80 plus $31.80 S&H. Total $91.70. The devices were made of inferior quality, did not operate properly to our expectations. Contacted MSA30X and was advised that I could return them for a refund, RMA#13693807. The product was sent back for a total cost of $10.00 S&H USPS. I feel that the price on their product was inflated as was their S&H. It is my belief that the only way this company makes money is on their inflated S&H prices plus sending two sets of their inferior, cheap plastic product, knowing that it will be returned minus S&H. I would request that they refund a total of $133.50 including my cost of S&H.
