I was introduced to Desktop Lightning by Partner with Tom with the promise of 30 days money back guarantee. I have asked for a full refund within that 30 days many time to no avail. I am disappointed, I have canceled my account with partner with Tom and no longer require Desktop lightning which is why I want my money back. I have wasted a small fortune for something I just don't need! I was so stupid! I even upgraded to platinum level for which the total amount of purchase was $219.00! All I ask is for my money back, I just hate wasting my hard earned money... Thanks
