Desktop Lightning company in Newyork city has taken an amount from my Credit Card of Rs. 12500.00INR to become a Platinum Member. I'm trying to reach their Support Team for the refund, but they donot have a support team I think. How to get the refund from them. Anybody HELP me in this regard.
