Joe Vallorano is running a crime ring comprised of drug addicts and losers who break into other people's homes and properties and steal what they can. Joe operates this out of his residence at 1519 W. 9th Ave.in Spokane, Washington. He is also on record for being found guilty of domestic violence and has substance abuse issues. Former acquaintances say he's a textbook sociopath with plenty of charm and no conscience. I was a victimized by Joe and am in the process of working on my case against him.
