Attorney Isabelle A. Kirshner engages in activity that endangers the safety of the community

Attorney Isabelle A. Kirshner and her fellow attorneys at the firm of Clayman & Rosenberg represented the monstrous domestic violence offender Bradley Ingalls, aka Brad Ingalls in New York City Criminal Court case 2007NY070791.
After subjecting the victim to two years of torture, Ingalls ruptured the victim's spleen, which landed the victim in an intensive surgical care unit. The victim only got to the hospital by a miraculous outside intervention; Ingalls did not call 911 for the victim and threatened the victim against calling 911.
As the criminal case progressed, the victim's psychologist and separately, the victim's psychiatrist wrote letters to the district attorney stating that the victim suffers from severe post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of Ingalls' torture of the victim.
Despite those letters, and after those letters were sent, Isabelle A. Kirshner and Clayman & Rosenberg authorized the hiring of a private detective who improperly gained access to the victim's new place of residence. That event significantly traumatized the victim.
At sentencing, and though her client Brad Ingalls had pleaded guilty to assault, Isabelle A. Kirshner asked the judge to remove from Ingalls' sentence a court-mandated psychiatric evaluation.
That request was vile and demonstrates Isabelle A. Kirshner's willingness to put her bottom line above the safety of the community. Her client was guilty of very severe domestic violence, yet she was seeking to take away a tool that might help the criminal justice system to keep the criminal from torturing another victim.
What's in question, obviously, is not whether a defendent has a right to a strong defense. Rather, what is in question is a citizen's duty towards the safety of the community. Society should resolutely condemn any attorney that actively seeks to make it more likely that a violent criminal could return to violent crime.
As part of this complaint, I am demanding that Isabelle A. Kirshner and Clayman & Rosenberg commit in a public way to never again doing anything that would even seek to enable a domestic violence offender to again abuse. Additionally, I am demanding that Isabelle A. Kirshner become actively engaged in the fight against domestic violence, by speaking on the subject, by making monetary donations to victims' aids organizations and by other means.
If they neglect to do so, it is as though they were saying "We plan again to try to enable a severe domestic violence offender, so long as he is paying our invoices."
