Ordered "no risk" free trial on May 11, on May 25th had not yet received the product, but was charged on my credit card for full cost.
Returned the e-mail asking to cancel all future orders and had no reply, my exclusive order number is the same as their phone number, which when I call a recording tells me the offices are not open at this time. Today June 29th I again received a notice that they were shipping more of the product, which I thought I had cancelled, contacted my credit card company and was informed that they could not stop payments as I had authorized the use of it.
