Water damage causing us to re-build every room because the would not release funds for repairs

I am contacting you today in concerns of a falsified, inflated appraisal that has caused many headaches for my family opportunity to have a fair case in re0financing. I have had a significant amount of lenders tell me that the Williamson COUNTY APPRAISAL IS SIGNIICANTLY DIFFENT THAN MY PAY OFF. Even repenting my appraisal has not done much to help. You will see in documents attached that the only reason I have had recent increase in property value is due to 183-A being so close to my residence.

I have learned other disappointing and depressing matters in my loan disclosures in the early part of 2013 after researching Loan Modification trying to understand why mine was denied. I understand that your concerns are related to the appraisal so I will spare you from subjects in which you can’t assist me with. I would appreciate if you would review my findings and explain how this could happen!

A) Date of Williamson County Appraisal 4-30-1999 States 1998-1999 value 16,738.00 My husband and I saw this for he first time about a week after closing 5-3-99. We Contacted Charlie Lafontaine at 512-236-6018. She suggested that the county had not had enough time to record the new Appraisal of 70,000.00. We took her word, after-all sounded reasonable. 2000 we were shocked when the tax bill and current fair market value had not changed. The next phone call was unpleasant when we learned the number was not a working number any longer.
B) Legal Description acres list. 99
Texas Constitution (B) HIGHLIGHTED PINK. Helps understand why one would inflated estimate. Can borrow 80% of fair market value.
Affidavit of Fair Market Value highlighted in pink. SWORN STATEMENT! I believed and took real estate preservative and appraiser for their word. Who would lie about such. I had no way of knowing this information, it also states Delta Re Appraisals conducted an appraisal. This id why I paid for his services.

Uniform Appraisal page 1 and 2 highlighted in pink 1.07 Acre. Not correct see 1-B

Photograph of Property street scene. I have no idea where this was taken, I have provides a photo of street scene of my residence.
I will wait to hear from you, I have also filed complaint with FDIC. I never looked it over thou-rally until I was educating myself and learned this happened to others as well. Sadly this is something that has me devastated.
