I had entered into the 14 day trial with an initial 4.95. They tried charging the 99, and said my trial had ended the day I called to cancel and inform them that my package came a week after my trial started. I had to contact the BBB, and they helped me get my money back! I had asked several times to speak with a supervisor from Safesmoke vapors and not once did they get on the phone. BBB will help you get your money back! Give them as much detailing as you can.
