Company has ad for $4.95 free trial. Do NOT fall for it. Company puts additional charges that are 'in the small print'. They charge hundreds of dollars multiple times, and do not inform you of the charges they are taking out.
When trying to resolve the problem, the manager did not want to, and did not refund, even though it says that 100% money back guarantee, they charge $24.95 in S/H for you to send it back. These people will NOT work with you at all.
The customer representative I spoke with was VERY polite, and kept apologizing for the problems that his higher ups were causing. This is not a problem with the service, its the management that will not give you the refund.
The only options they gave me were to be refunded $40 out of the 100, then put me on hold and changed it to $59 for refund. The only way they would give me the full refund would be to pay $30 for S/H. Getting refunded from these people is like pulling eye teeth.
Do not buy this product, it is a scam. The 2 week trial period for mine ends in two days, and then they're supposed to start charging, but already charged $99.67 today. Its a trap, please do not buy this product.
