I was talking to them about a netgear N300 USB adapter. We used a program call teamviewer. Then the tech had total controll of my computer. At first he said it wouldnt connect. My screen kept blanking out. (never did it before) The he said it was connected. I have Norton Internet security. It lets me know if anything is trying to infect, change, or spy on my computer. It scans daily and let me know of any changes. Norton is 1 of the internet top 3 virus protection program. And the one he recommended is not listed. When he ran his program trojan virus pop up. Everytime i start my computer it scans and that never pop up. And i asked why wouldnt it pop up with mines and he asked how much did i pay for it. I replied thats not important or any of your business what comes out my pocket. He hung up. Then i called back and ask to speak to a supervisor. He put me on hold and came back to the phone and said i had the wrong number. Now my computer has a virus, when i called about Netgear Wireless USB adapte
