I have been a customer for over 25 years paying for termite protection. I have termites and Julio the mgr. Said because i was rude to technician my contract was voided. Speaking to 2 other pest control inspectors they said "swarmers take 3-5 years to reach adulthood. Which means i have had them that long and hoffer! S techs. Never found them. I made several calls over the years about seeing wings and always told a story. Like it is mating season, don! T worry when you see the wings, that means they are gone etc. So when the tech came this year for annual inspection he just stood in the middle of the room looking around. Now after 25 years i have seen other techs. They had a light, bent down, looked at baseboard, walked around. He would not listen. Just stood there looking up and around. Yes i lost my cool and told him to leave. I did call back in a few days to apologize. They jumped on that and said my contract was cancelled. How curious is that? I posted on Angies list, the first time on it, have no clue how it works. I got a call right away from Julio. He said they would come out to check, but not until i took it off. Now that is blackmail. I had a business for over 40 years and used them at my salon. Can you believe the deceit of that company? Do i have to get an attorney. I am up for anything at this point. Please help.
