This crowd do not answer emails AT ALL - stay away if they are offering 70% off and claiming its costing them money to offer the service to you - its well dodgy!
I have sent 7 emails and got 1 reply after 3 days - it was utter waffle from a dubious sounding customer support agent claiming hes there 27/7 to answer emails - mmmmmmmmm me thinks this is one person and one very very bid scam - would I trust my precious data to justcloud? No no no
