Order status was "processing" on 6/24. I called the mornning of 6/25 to cancel the order and was told that it was shipping and could not be stopped, but to refuse delivery hen it atrrived. I decided to Check status at 5:00PM the same evening and status was still "processing". I called and the girl who answered the phone acknowledged the product still had not shipped, but that the system would not "allow a cancellation". I asked how long it would take to get a refund if I refused delivery and she did not know. So now I'll wait for delivery and try to resell them... This is (Inappropriate Content Removed)!
