I was so thrilled to start working with a company to finally find a house for a good price we sent over 200 letters to people that supposedly only use houses but its for foreclosure or bankruptcy we have gotten 0 responses on top of everything we were told that we could cancel and get a refund at any time of our contract but now we find out that it's a 90 day return policy this is ridiculous and its been going on for 3 months I am about fed up with people stealing people's money. Everyone I've talked to that work there has an attitude and they're not willing to work with anybody I have contacted so many people regarding this issue including all the new stations and I have even look into the route of legal matters if you were thinking about signing up with standard capitalist I would greatly changed your mind if you want to save your money and go out for her you will never find a house a standard capitalist that all they want is your money. I am so just please in the service that I have for received from them I would like everyone to know so they don't have to go through the same experience I had
