The sales person misrepresented the package they were selling be telling us that part of the deal includes at least 20% off airfare booked through the program. This was the only part of the package we were interested in and asked several times during the meeting. Every time we were told that we would have a minimum of 20% discount. After the fact, we found that the information they presented was not true. I called the next morning after reviewing the contract but they will not give us a refund.
