I received a call from this nubmer today 855-393-7393 SWANSON, WALKER AND ASSOCIATES. They said I have a credit card debt from 2001 in the amount of $3463.33, if I don't pay they will serve me with a summons at work and take me to court. The scary part is they have my Social Security number. They are offering to settle for 800.00 if I pay today or they will sue me. What can be done and is this a scam? I do not remember this as a charge off. They are rude and threatning. Please advise.
