My checking acct was charged $30.00 and I did not authorize it. I would like it reversed, everytime I call their phone#775-376-7646 or 775-200-1525 i get a message that due to high volumes of calls, no doubt people trying to get their money back, they cannot take my call at this time. It gives me no option to leave a message either! I am furious about this scam. Please help!!
