I purchased "a piece of America" for a friend who is becoming an American citizen. I thought it was a cute idea. I went to the website ownapieceofamerica and clicked on the link to purchase a piece. It brought me to trial pay, I paid the 3.95 and have not received the email with the code to receive what I purchased. I contacted trialpay to stop the transaction and give me my money back and they sent me an email telling me to contact ownapieceofamerica and gave me an email address and a link. The email address came back as undeliverable and there is nowhere on the site that has a number to contact. I've sent them another email in an attempt to get a refund. I think they are a scam and I'm very upset about it. Then I find this site and it confirms my suspicion. Is there a class action lawsuit started?
