I was given a gift card from a parent of a student I was home hospital teaching and was going to the website to purchase a ticket with the card. The phrase... Want to get a free Fandango ticket click here was below the showtimes. I navigated to the next page and it continued with another phrase saying one offer and one click and you get a ticket. I clicked on it and observed the offers... netflix, proactive, blockbuster etc... I purchased the offer for proactive and paid with my credit card and moved to the next step. The email was sent to me with a code and hyperlink for gunthyrenker. I clicked on the link and the website would not come up. I tried to call and email Fandango and Jonathan #81 kept saying they would not give me a ticket. I would have to go through trialpay. I realized I had been scammed into buying a product and would not get the Fandango ticket promised. Furthermore, the representative from the gunthy-renker company proactive named Jenelle#5525 was not aware of any such promotion. But the representative I spoke to before her said I should receive it in the package when it arrives. I told her that the email gave me a confirmation code EDSOFCF732 from (trialpay) the website that will not come up. I needed a code to receive a free ticket per Fandango representative. This code supposedly was to come from trialpay gunthyrenker. I would not have bought the proactive if it was not for the link on Fandango for the free movie ticket. This is not about just one ticket now it is about the consumers that are getting scammed and lied to when they are looking for what they were promised on the Fandango website.

This is not resolved! The space provided would not allow me to respond. I could not type in it. This response is not appropriate considering you advertise in your name a free ticket if an offer is purchased in the Fandango name. It advertises one click and a purchase and you will receive a free ticket. You are sent a confirmation number and a hyperlink in you email address provided from them. Meanwhile, the (trialpay website) will not come up. No one understands or knows about this promotion in the guthy-renker customer service department. I will be sending this email and all the transcripts from conversations with Fandango (Jonathan) and Proactive (Janelle #81) to news stations so that this does not happen to anymore consumers. If you are wondering what this is regarding it is over a MOVIE TICKET! I will not give up until I am compensated the ticket promised to me when I spent the money on the proactive! The code given on the 16th of June is EDSOFCF732. A very unhappy consumer! I will use the rest of my gift card and that will be it. I am not satisfied and feel scammed!
