I had an unauthorized charge taken out for $99 for a loan I didn't apply for. I contacted my bank, who asked me to contact Business Advantage Gold first before filing a claim. I talked to a representative who was very short with me, claimed my membership was cancelled, and that I would have a refund check in 21 days. This past Friday, I was charged an additional $24.95. I called first thing this morning since I didn't see it till Saturday and was told I wasn't getting a refund and that I had never called to cancel! What a bold-faced lie! I have on my phone record where I talked to them. Apparently I was supposed to have been given a cancelation number to prove I had cancelled. Now I am out the $123.95 and I'm filing a claim with my bank.
