I stupidly responded to a 'pop-up' which showed three skin products and offered a free trial. The advert was misleading. I didn't think any more of it until £97.79 was taken from my debit card by Deadsealot.com. I have E-mailed the company several times, pointing out how they are in violation of many advertising codes, evading VAT. Not papaying VAT. Or H.M. Revenue and Customs. They also use the registered logos of PETA and British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection. They have no ingredient list or how to use product, or show a 'Best by date. I have demanded my money back, stating they are free to collect the products by appointment. So, far, they have offered to repay £30.00 IN FULL, no more than that. I have sent several E-mails and complained to various agencies and consumer organizations and asked my bank to refuse to allow them to take any more money from my account, and told DS Marking under no circumstances are they to send more products or charge my account. Looked on Companyhouse.com and this company changes their business license number at the drop of a hat. What should I do next?
